At first sight, I liked this site. It seemed to be rather professional and good looking. I looked through samples of resumes provided by this company and was quite impressed. They had really nice formatting and looked professionally. I liked the way they were performed and I definitely wanted to have the same great resume. So, one more thing I wanted to find out was in the honesty of the site itself. I didn’t want to turn to a scam company, that is why I was checking the site very carefully. That moment I thought that this site can be relied on. However, this didn’t happen, as the site appeared to be unreliable. I was really disappointed with the quality of this service almost in all its aspects.
Pricing
Resumes are quite expensive on all the sites. They are comparatively more expensive than ordinary home assignments, but prices on this site are extremely expensive. For example, student resume costs $169.95, while professional one costs $199.95. I wanted to know the difference between professional and student resume.
Quality of support
Support team representative didn’t manage to explain me the difference between student and professional resumes. As if, he didn’t know what to say. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of support and I didn’t want to pay more. So, I had to make a choice on my own and I chose professional resume.
Quality of paper
The resume I received looked far from the ones I saw in the samples on the site. My effort to ask for revision was unsuccessful, because the support team told me that free revision was not possible and I should pay for a new resume if something is not up to my taste.
Conclusion
The resume was average, so that it is possible to find better resume for cheaper price.
